Samuel's old Grandfather has spent his life obsessed with keeping a lucrative Gold Mine a secret to protect the scenic, mountain community from being invaded and destroyed by prospectors.
With out any say, Samuel is burdened with the responsibility as well, but he knows there is more to life than this dreary, coal mining town that he would have to spend the rest of his life in, in order to honor his Grandfathers demands. The struggle is real, Samuel wants to move on, but then what will become of his Grandfathers life's sacrifice? The gold will surely be discovered and the town changed forever.
