Writing in the paranormal genre was not intentional, but somehow it made its way into most of my stories, and desiring to make them authentic, I realized the significance of exploring, with an open mind, various spiritual belief systems.

 

I gathered knowledge by participating in: drumming circles, crystal, munay-ki, reiki, holistic healing, and spiritual awakening classes. 

I spent endless hours in nature with enlightened people, and soaked up information on how to utilize the forest for medicine, food, and tools.

My husband accompanied me on a journey (15 hours by plane to Ecuador) to meet with world renowned Shamans, and experience first-hand their perplexing rituals. They shared with me in detail, how they came-into their awareness and evolved. 

​

We explored the Ecuador rain forest and jungle with local guides who revealed to us, the enigmas of their forests. I value all of those experiences and love weaving them into my  writing.
